Simple guidelines we like all of us to follow during the virtual meetings on ZOOM or like:
* At any point of time, only ONE mike shall be ON, all others are requested to mute their MICS.
* Please Do Not interrupt while someone else is speaking.
* If you have anything to contribute please indicate using the “Raise Hands” icon available in ZOOM and wait for the moderator to allows you to express your point during the Q & A time.
* If difference of opinion arises at any point, let us choose the option ‘Agree’ to ‘Disagree’ and proceed further.
* No personal attacks on anyone please.
* Remember this is only a discussion/deliberation on the chosen subject and not a debate.
* Listen to the points and counter points and make your own conclusions.
* Question hour will follow after the panelists have had their say.
